It can help you look back on last summer to see which programs filled up fastest, and help you build out this summer by updating dates, copying programs and making changes across your season. Once registration opens, it can help you stay on top of fill rates and waitlists.

Learn From Last Summer

Build Out Your Season

Once you know what you want to offer, Seb can help you get it set up. Copy templates, make bulk changes and even turn PDFs into Rec forms with a simple Seb chat.

Copy our [insert name] season into a new [insert name] season. Keep all programs, sections, prices, and capacities, but don't carry over enrollments. Please be sure to copy over the dates/times of the sections into the new season and make them the same times/days of the week just one year later. Show me a preview before making any changes.

Fill More Spots with Automated Waitlist

Summer camps and swim lessons are some of the most popular programs departments offer. And when spots fill up quickly, managing waitlists can become a job of its own. Waitlists are time-consuming and challenging. Your team has to catch the email saying that someone canceled, find the next person on the waitlist, send an invitation, and wait for a response. If they pass, it’s back to the list to try again. Multiply that by dozens of programs, and it’s a lot to keep track of. 

But what if there was an easier way? What if you could set it and forget it? 

That is where Automated Waitlists come in. 

When someone cancels or your team adds additional capacity in the section, Rec automatically sends registration invitations to the appropriate number of people on the waitlist, with a direct link to register for the spot(s). 

Families receive an email or text notification (if you have SMS enabled) and can register right away. If someone declines or removes themselves from the waitlist, Rec automatically invites the next person in line.

And if another spot opens up, Rec’s Automated Waitlist works its magic again without your team having to manually manage each invitation.
