Donations and Seb routine improvements

New features

Donations

• Organizations can now add a Donate tab to their public page, to accept donations for fundraising campaigns!
• You can run more than one donation fund at a time, and each fund gets its own page with a description, an optional cover photo and a Donate button.
• Visitors can browse funds without signing in, and sign in when they decide to donate.

Seb routines

• You now have more control over visibility of Seb routines: they can now be kept private or shared with your organization.
• Private routines can’t send messages to anyone outside the organization’s staff.
• Share some routines with your team, and keep the ones specific to your role in your own dashboard.

Seb emails

• Emails sent by Seb, including marketing and scheduled report emails, now use your organization’s branded email layout.

Messaging

• Newsletters and segments can now be archived and restored, with a new Archive Status filter.

Improvements

Admin experience

• Staff can search across more section details and use new Program, Season, Activity and Status filters to find records faster.
• User transaction history tables now keep footers visible, use a single vertical scroll area and paginate notes, making user detail pages easier to review.

Payments and memberships

• When duplicate saved cards are cleaned up, autopay plans and membership renewals now move to the main card that your residents keep on file. This stops “Card removed” autopay failures and renewals with no card on file.

Reports and email

• Newsletter batches that hit a temporary error are now retried, instead of dropped.
