Golf is coming to Rec

Golf is coming to Rec: easy tee time booking, a simple tee sheet and an AI teammate that knows your course, all in the platform your city already uses. We’re building it with partners ahead of the 2027 season.

Golf is coming to Rec. We’re building golf into the platform your city already uses, so tee times, lessons and passes live alongside everything else your department offers, on the account residents already have.

What’s coming

Booking golfers will love

  • A simple, mobile-friendly way to book a round as a single, a pair or a full foursome.
  • Pricing applied automatically for residents, juniors, seniors and members.
  • Your choice of whether golfers hold a slot with a card on file, pre-pay or pay at the course, with text reminders and automatic no-show fees.

A simple tee sheet for your staff

  • See the whole day at a glance on any device, check groups in with a tap and add walk-ups in seconds.
  • Give residents and passholders first access with earlier booking windows.
  • Set rates by golfer type and time of day, including weekend and twilight pricing, using the resident groups you already have in Rec.

Your whole course in one system

  • Run the pro shop, food and drink, lessons and clubhouse rentals in the same system as your tee times.

An AI teammate that knows your course

  • Rec’s AI will answer golfers’ calls 24/7, complete reservations and hand off to staff when needed.
  • Because it works inside Rec, it knows whether a caller is a resident, what pass they hold and what’s happening at the course that day.
  • When bad weather is rolling in, Rec can text and email golfers and offer a new tee time for the next day.

Work with us on golf

If your parks and recreation agency runs a golf course, we’d love to work with you. Learn more about Rec for golf, read the full announcement, or book a golf demo to get started.
